## Refund Policy ### Ticket Refunds - Full refund up to 7 days before event - 50% refund 3-7 days before event - No refund within 3 days of event - Refunds credited to your account balance ### Credit Purchases - Credits are non-refundable once purchased - Credits can be used for any event or shop purchase ### Shop Orders - Unused items can be returned within 14 days - Digital items are non-refundable ### How to Request 1.
